How do i apply to the program?Applications for the DPT course at the University of Melbourne can be done online through their website. To access this page, click the button underneath the text.

Job opportunities
Many students work as sports trainers for local clubs. This is typically a 2-day commitment, one weekday for training, and one day on the weekend during competitions. To be a sports trainer, you will need a first aid certificate and a sports trainer certification.

There is also a clinic based out of Richmond that provides sport training opportunities for a lot of our students, and provides close supervision, shadowing opportunities with licensed physios, and provides in-house training opportunities for strapping, injury assessment, and emergency procedures.
