MUPSS refund Policy summary
With COVID very much still in the community, we've created a policy which will apply for all ticketed events for the rest of the year.
- Full refunds will be available for events up until the pre-defined final date for refunds
- Beyond this date, the only possible refund are those which are affected by COVID infection or isolation requirements.
- To be eligible for this reimbursement, members will be required to provide evidence of a positive RAT (with picture of student ID in same frame), PCR, or DHHS text message.
- This refund will include 50% off your ticket price (reimbursed via transfer), with the remaining 50% given to you as credit that can be applied towards future 2022 MUPSS events.
- Please contact us on email or FB messenger if this applies to you in the future.
- Much like other ticketed events in the community at the moment, COVID isolation is unfortunately a risk to be considered when purchasing a ticket to our events. We recommend members take caution in the lead up to MUPSS events to mitigate this risk.
